What Walls in Your Home can be Removed?
Well technically any wall in your home can be removed. The reality of being able to move or remove a wall comes down to your budget:

Non-structural walls are the most easiest walls to remove. If you have an attic in your home we can easily determine whether the wall you want to remove is structural/load-bearing.

Structural/load-bearing walls require structure to be installed to make up for what is being removed. LVL beams (Laminated Veneer Lumber) allow us to do this quite easily, and the cost of adding a beam is not as large as everyone thinks. Final cost comes down to the span of the beam and if there are any structural posts within the wall.

Keep in mind almost any wall you want to remove will have some sort of electrical, HVAC or other services running through it that will require to be rerouted or deleted. All these aspects will be taken into consideration when providing you with an estimate.
